IT Product Manager – Workplace Client

Responsibilities

• ▹Product management tasks for the MSAP Client product
• ▹Central point of contact, organizing and coordinating product support within the team
• ▹Market observation, developing and implementing new infrastructure solutions
• ▹Liaising with manufacturers, service providers and delivery units
• ▹Leading and contributing to projects on technical and business questions about MSAP Client
• ▹Supporting consulting talks for new customers and service discussions

Requirements

• ▹Degree in computer science, business informatics, business studies or comparable, plus 2-3 years of relevant experience
• ▹Good knowledge of the operation and use of client-technology products
• ▹Experience managing further-development projects
• ▹High self-responsibility and initiative, persistence, flexibility, willingness to travel
• ▹Strong communication and coordination skills, confident client interaction
• ▹Teamwork and social competence
• ▹Strong goal orientation, assertiveness, conflict resolution
• ▹Good English
