IT & Digitalization Specialist

Responsibilities

• ▹Provide 1st- and 2nd-level IT support (Windows, network, telephony, standard software)
• ▹Participate in the introduction and support of software solutions, help implement a modern intranet
• ▹Set up workstations, manage users and end devices, handle onboarding for new employees
• ▹Select, introduce and roll out software solutions (e.g. project management tools, ERP systems, AI tools)
• ▹Train colleagues on digital tools, provide 1:1 support
• ▹Maintain IT documentation (how-tos, FAQs), build team knowledge
• ▹Support data migration, test software, coordinate rollout of new applications

Requirements

• ▹Education/degree in IT: computer science, business informatics, engineering with IT focus or comparable
• ▹Experience in 1st-/2nd-level support and system administration
• ▹Strong communication skills and willingness to help
• ▹Very good knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 and network technologies, endpoint device management
• ▹Interest in digital processes, software rollouts and change management
• ▹German language skills of at least B2

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with ticketing systems or IT service management
