Responsibilities

• ▹Maintain, service and further develop the Active Directory related IAM solution
• ▹Analyze, classify and resolve system failures and performance shortages
• ▹Handle incidents, requests and changes
• ▹Improve processes (documentation, automation)
• ▹Provide input for international IT projects

Requirements

• ▹Solid knowledge of Windows Server systems
• ▹Strong experience in Active Directory support and operation
• ▹Knowledge of programming languages such as PowerShell, VBScript and SQL
• ▹Completed or ongoing education in the field of IT
• ▹Strong English skills
• ▹Strong understanding of Identity and Access Management topics: identity management, RBAC, SSO, MFA
• ▹Solid experience in Active Directory Domain Services / Federation Services in support and operation
• ▹Ability to work in a multi-shift operation, Monday to Friday between 6 am and 10:30 pm, and provide 7x24 on-call duty
