SAP BTP Full Stack Developer – JS, Node.js

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and operate full stack cloud applications within a DevOps team (UI, frontend and backend logic, database model, authorization concept)
• ▹Evaluate and use SAP BTP services
• ▹Drive quality and standards in the engineering community, providing and discussing innovative solution approaches and suggestions for improvement
• ▹Follow agile working principles such as CI/CD and test- and design-driven development

Requirements

• ▹Programming skills in Node.js and/or Java as well as OData experience
• ▹Relevant professional work experience
• ▹Experience in an agile environment
• ▹Knowledge of the following services: Business Application Studio (BAS), HANA DB as a Service on BTP and/or PostgreSQL DB, XSUAA Service, Destination Service
• ▹Good communication skills, service- and solution-oriented work attitude
• ▹High analytical capabilities
• ▹Eagerness to learn and to teach others what you learn
• ▹Fluency in English

Nice to have

• ▹German language skills
• ▹Understanding of SAP Cloud Application Programming Model (CAP)
• ▹Experience with SAP BTP Cloud Foundry and SAP UI5 and/or Fiori Elements in a DevOps setting
• ▹Skills in Launchpad Service (Integration), Transport Management Service, CI/CD Service on BTP, API Management, EventMesh, Workflow Management
