Job Overview We are looking for a System Business Analyst in the data department to bridge communication between our business and development teams, translating business needs into clear technical specifications. Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate business needs into acceptance criteria and technical specifications for the development team. Analyze, define, and document detailed system requirements, including functional, non-functional, and integration requirements. Lead system configuration and data mapping efforts, particularly those involving APIs, third-party platforms, and internal system integrations. Support post-release validation and acceptance of features to ensure solutions meet stakeholder expectations. Requirements 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Systems Analyst Background in IT or software development Experience in product and marketing analytics Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data Solid experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business requirements Experience creating data flow diagrams (DFDs) and data architecture diagrams Familiarity with API documentation tools and a basic understanding of REST API concepts Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills Excellent communication skills Spoken English at B2 level or higher Tech Stack Databases and data warehouses: ClickHouse, Redshift, PostgreSQL, BigQuery Analytics and marketing platforms: Mixpanel, GA4, AppsFlyer, Blueshift Data pipelines and streaming: RudderStack, Kafka Nice to Have Hands-on experience with data warehouses such as ClickHouse, BigQuery, or Redshift Experience in FinTech, especially CFD trading Familiarity with AI tools for analytics, such as MCP servers and skills Experience with Python or JavaScript Benefits Quarterly bonuses based on Company performance 24 working days of annual leave Udemy Business unlimited membership & language training courses Professional and personal development opportunities in a fast-growing environment Libertex Group is an equal opportunity employer, fostering an inclusive and diverse environment.
