Product Engineer

About the Role Join a small founding product team building AI-powered tools for private-market operations. You will shape the interfaces and workflows that help operations teams review, trust, and act on AI-generated outputs. What You'll Do Develop and maintain design systems and UX patterns for a complex product. Build interfaces that connect users with AI agents and operational data sources. Create human-in-the-loop workflows for reviewing, handling exceptions, and approving agent outputs. Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and inform product improvements. What We're Looking For One to seven years of professional frontend engineering experience. Strong skills in TypeScript and React, with proficiency in Tailwind CSS. Experience building workflow-driven interfaces with human review, exception handling, or approval steps. Experience developing, documenting, or evolving design systems for complex applications. Practical experience with AI, machine learning, or large language model products. Experience conducting user research and usability testing to guide product decisions. Private-markets or financial-operations experience is valuable. Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: EUR 70,000 to EUR 110,000. Visa sponsorship is available. Location This is an on-site role in Berlin, Germany.
