PLC Programmer – Automation, Power Electronics

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop and program PLC controls for power electronics systems
• ▹Implement control and automation solutions for photovoltaic systems and energy management systems
• ▹Integrate external interfaces and protocols (e.g. Modbus, MQTT, bus systems)
• ▹Standardize and further develop software modules
• ▹Analyze, optimize and commission plant controls in the power electronics field
• ▹Work closely with project management and engineering

Requirements

• ▹Degree or vocational training in electrical engineering, automation technology or computer science
• ▹Experience with PLC programming (e.g. WAGO, Siemens) and knowledge of power electronics
• ▹Good knowledge of Linux, network technology and bus systems
• ▹Practical experience in energy technology (ideally in the MW range)
• ▹Independent, structured, team-oriented and solution-focused work style
• ▹Willingness for occasional business trips and overtime
