Trainee Solutions Engineer

OVERVIEW: The Trial Interactive Trainee Solutions Engineer supports the Trial Interactive Product Management team in achieving goals while learning about the Development Life Cycle. The role is designed to prepare for potential future opportunities within the Trial Interactive Solutions Engineering team at TransPerfect. RESPONSIBILITES: Work with Service Desk Analysts and Solutions Engineers to resolve Trial Interactive system Service Desk tickets Handle escalations from Level 1 Service Desk Support Assist with data migration with pre-defined utilities and processes Work on Post Deployment Testing after a new version deployment for applications Assist Solutions Engineers in building large-scale, high-availability systems for Enterprise Life Sciences clients Create custom eLearning videos internally and for clients – on the eTMF and SSU modules Document and test new software applications Research, investigate and fix a wide range of technical issues such as Web services, etc. Collaborate with senior leaders Approach and analyze problems Proactively learning about new technologies Complete all other tasks that are deemed appropriate for this role and assigned by the manager/supervisor.
