Senior Consultant - IT Transformation & Systems Integration (Healthcare)

Responsibilities

• ▹Overseeing and implementing demanding IT and digitalization projects in the areas of cloud, AI and software solutions
• ▹Responsible for project planning, change management, and adherence to quality, budget and timelines
• ▹Coordinating collaboration between internal departments, IT teams and external service providers
• ▹Gathering and evaluating business requirements and developing suitable technical solution concepts
• ▹Analyzing and resolving technical challenges, contributing to the optimization of internal IT processes
• ▹Participating in a rotating on-call schedule (approx. once a month)

Requirements

• ▹Completed IT-related studies or comparable qualification with relevant practical experience
• ▹Several years of experience managing demanding IT projects, ideally in a regulated or system-critical environment
• ▹Good knowledge of modern IT system landscapes (cloud technologies, interfaces, data integration, Linux and Windows environments)
• ▹Practical experience in project and change management, working with diverse stakeholders
• ▹Willingness to participate in the rotating on-call schedule
• ▹Very good German and good English skills
