IT Consultant Modern Workplace

Responsibilities

• ▹Independently design and implement end-to-end IT solutions for small and medium-sized businesses
• ▹Provide 3rd-level support and carry out optimizations for business customers
• ▹Advise business customers on IT-related questions
• ▹Independently support, administer and further develop modern workplace solutions (Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID)
• ▹Develop existing customer relationships with a results-oriented focus on future-proof workplace concepts

Requirements

• ▹At least 2-3 years of proven relevant professional experience in IT (e.g. as IT support, IT systems electronics technician, IT consultant or IT specialist)
• ▹At least one IT project implemented independently
• ▹Very good knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
• ▹Solid knowledge of networking and of common hardware and software
• ▹Customer orientation and initiative
• ▹Strong personal interest in current technological developments
