IT Consultant – Finance / Contributions Focus

Responsibilities

• ▹Advise and support customers on functional questions regarding finance/contribution-management software solutions
• ▹Analyze customer requirements and develop practical solution concepts
• ▹Support the rollout and optimization of the software solutions
• ▹Conduct trainings and workshops for customers
• ▹Plan, coordinate, and run internal and external projects
• ▹Create training materials, documentation, and presentations

Requirements

• ▹Degree in business administration, business informatics, or a completed commercial apprenticeship
• ▹Confident manner, strong communication and presentation skills
• ▹Structured, independent, solution-oriented way of working
• ▹Analytical thinking and understanding of business processes
• ▹High customer orientation and teamwork
• ▹Good knowledge of common MS Office applications

Nice to have

• ▹Initial experience in consulting, customer support, or project management
