Responsibilities

• ▹Advise customers on replacing Ivanti DSM and switching to modern management solutions
• ▹Plan and carry out migration projects (analysis, design, implementation)
• ▹Assess existing DSM environments and derive optimisation potential
• ▹Support the introduction of new endpoint management platforms
• ▹Work closely with customers to develop sustainable IT strategies
• ▹Run workshops, trainings and technical coordination meetings
• ▹Troubleshoot and accompany customers through the transformation phase

Requirements

• ▹Completed training as IT specialist for system integration or comparable qualification
• ▹Experience with Ivanti DSM (administration, software distribution, infrastructure)
• ▹Experience in migration or IT transformation projects
• ▹Broad IT know-how (Windows, Active Directory, networks, client/server environments)
• ▹Willingness to learn new technologies and platforms
• ▹Analytical, solution-oriented way of working
• ▹Strong communication skills and confident manner with customers
• ▹Very good German

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with modern solutions such as Microsoft Intune, Tanium, Aagon or comparable tools
• ▹Knowledge of automation (e.g. PowerShell)
• ▹Consulting experience in a customer environment
• ▹English skills
