Technical Project Manager, System Architecture and Integration

Responsibilities

• ▹Independently lead and drive complex IT projects
• ▹Take responsibility for planning, execution and rollout
• ▹Lead technical initiatives in system architecture, integrations and information security
• ▹Support the business in producing and detailing requirement specifications
• ▹Translate business needs into concrete technical requirements
• ▹Coordinate the business, architects, development teams and external suppliers
• ▹Hold technical dialogue with developers, architects and operations suppliers
• ▹Manage dependencies, risks and technical choices
• ▹Create structure and momentum in projects with many stakeholders
• ▹Contribute to feasibility study, procurement and rollout of business-critical systems

Requirements

• ▹Competence level 4, normally meaning about 9-12 years of relevant experience
• ▹Fluent Swedish, spoken and written
• ▹Several years of documented experience independently leading and delivering IT projects in the public sector
• ▹Documented experience leading technically driven, highly complex projects in system architecture, information security and integrations
• ▹Documented experience taking an operational part in, and supporting the business with, producing and detailing requirement specifications
• ▹Documented experience leading IT projects that included feasibility study, procurement and rollout of a new case management system, or extensive adaptation of existing systems for new business processes
• ▹CV in Swedish clearly showing how each requirement is met
