Requirements Analyst / Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• ▹Plan and carry out requirements gathering with the business, IT and other stakeholders
• ▹Lead workshops on business analysis, process mapping, information modelling and target-state work
• ▹Map the current state, business needs, information flows, roles and responsibilities
• ▹Analyse, prioritise and document business, functional and non-functional requirements
• ▹Produce and maintain requirement specifications, user stories, process descriptions and information models
• ▹Ensure traceability from business need to requirement, solution and expected benefit
• ▹Coordinate dialogue between the business, IT, suppliers and other parties
• ▹Contribute to investigations and decision material, and support verification, acceptance testing and rollout

Requirements

• ▹At least five years of documented experience as a requirements analyst, requirements lead or business analyst in digitalisation initiatives
• ▹At least four years of documented experience in business analysis and business development, including mapping current state, processes, needs, capabilities, target state and benefits realisation
• ▹Responsibility for requirements management and analysis in at least three assignments, from gathering and prioritisation to documentation, quality assurance and follow-up
• ▹Planned and run workshops with the business and IT in at least three assignments
• ▹At least two assignments in complex IT environments with multiple systems, integrations, data sources and stakeholders, coordinating different parties
• ▹Experience from at least two assignments in the public sector or other regulated operations
• ▹Good understanding of information management, data quality and business processes
• ▹CV must clearly show how the mandatory requirements are met

Nice to have

• ▹Training or certification in requirements management, business analysis or process development, such as IREB CPRE, IQBBA, CBAP, PMI-PBA or equivalent
• ▹Established or further developed requirements processes, methodology, prioritisation models or governance of requirements work in a larger organisation
