Data Scientist, Savings Performance

Responsibilities

• ▹Work end-to-end with data, from identifying needs and collecting data to modelling, analysis and visualization
• ▹Analyze and follow up the savings business from a product, customer and organizational perspective
• ▹Identify patterns in data and turn them into concrete, business-oriented recommendations
• ▹Produce decision material and present insights to management and other senior stakeholders
• ▹Contribute to and further develop data models for better monitoring and steering of the business
• ▹Develop dashboards and applications in Power BI and Qlik that support analysis and decision-making
• ▹Collaborate cross-functionally to drive data-driven initiatives

Requirements

• ▹2-4 years of experience as a Data Scientist, analyst or similar, focused on producing insights from data
• ▹Strong experience with SQL and working with larger data sets
• ▹Experience with Python or similar tools for data analysis, preferably with some modelling
• ▹Experience in data modelling and visualization in BI tools (e.g. Power BI or Qlik)
• ▹Experience with the whole analysis process, from data to insight and presentation
• ▹Ability to communicate complex relationships clearly and pedagogically
• ▹Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written
• ▹Resident in Sweden, based in the Stockholm area
• ▹Relevant academic education (e.g. statistics, economics, computer science or mathematics)

Nice to have

• ▹Experience from banking or financial services
• ▹Knowledge of savings, pensions or insurance
• ▹Ability to share knowledge and contribute to the team's skills development
• ▹Experience working close to the business and turning analysis into concrete recommendations
