Technical Specialist, Microsoft 365 Apps

Responsibilities

• ▹Make sure the right app reaches the right user, stays up to date and is configured correctly
• ▹Follow and assess Microsoft changes that may affect the user experience
• ▹Work with the licensing, packaging and client teams
• ▹Operations and application support for the M365 apps
• ▹Take part in choosing solutions and technical frameworks

Requirements

• ▹Higher education in IT or equivalent experience
• ▹At least five years of experience in a large-scale Office 365 environment
• ▹Strong interest in operating and supporting the Microsoft client environment
• ▹Comfortable with Mac and mobile operating systems in addition to Windows
• ▹Hands-on experience with M365 Admin Center and Microsoft Entra ID
• ▹Application support in the M365 apps
• ▹Windows 11, Android/iOS
• ▹Knowledge management
• ▹PowerShell
• ▹SharePoint/OneDrive, Exchange, Teams

Nice to have

• ▹ITIL
• ▹Microsoft licensing model
• ▹SCCM
