Responsibilities

• ▹Design, develop and deploy AI solutions using Google Cloud technologies such as Vertex AI, Gemini and related services
• ▹Build generative AI and agent-based applications that improve customer experience, employee productivity and operational efficiency
• ▹Develop and orchestrate multi-agent solutions that automate complex business processes spanning multiple teams and systems
• ▹Collaborate with business units to turn ideas and use cases into scalable, production-ready AI solutions
• ▹Contribute to AI architecture, development standards, best practices and platform evolution
• ▹Share knowledge and help grow Google AI capabilities

Requirements

• ▹Experience developing AI, ML, generative AI or intelligent automation solutions
• ▹Experience with modern software development practices
• ▹Experience with cloud-native development on public cloud (Google Cloud preferred)
• ▹Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI agents or related AI technologies
• ▹Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• ▹Hands-on experience with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Vertex AI, Gemini or related Google AI services
• ▹Experience building agentic or multi-agent AI solutions
• ▹Experience deploying AI solutions into production environments
• ▹Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure AI or other enterprise AI platforms
• ▹Experience in agile product teams and cross-functional environments
• ▹Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, AI or a related field, or relevant certifications and/or training
