Senior Regional IT Locations Coordinator - Tires

Responsibilities

• ▹Collaborate with local IT managers, regional and central IT teams and business stakeholders to drive operational excellence and alignment with organizational goals
• ▹Identify and promote emerging technologies to address critical business needs and enhance operational efficiency
• ▹Develop and implement cost-effective measures to mitigate risks in IT services and projects, ensuring high quality and compliance
• ▹Lead the implementation of Tire IT and Continental standard platforms across EMEA locations
• ▹Prepare and deliver high-level presentations on IT topics and projects to key stakeholders
• ▹Support the Infrastructure Coordinator in infrastructure projects for the EMEA region

Requirements

• ▹Academic degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field with at least 7 years of experience in IT coordination or management roles, preferably in local IT of multinational organizations
• ▹Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects across multiple locations, with strong project management skills
• ▹Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure management and ITSM frameworks (e.g. ITIL)
• ▹Demonstrated experience in vendor management, contract negotiation and implementing cost-effective measures
• ▹Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• ▹Excellent cross-cultural communication and leadership abilities
• ▹Fluency in English
• ▹Understanding of IT regulations, compliance requirements and emerging technologies in the EMEA region
• ▹Willingness to travel within the EMEA region as required
