AI Enablement Engineer

A hands-on role helping teams across the company build and deploy working GenAI solutions. You build rapid prototypes and automations and support colleagues through coaching and workshops.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Resolve technical hurdles for non-technical teams and help colleagues bring their GenAI experiments across the finish line
  • ▹Build practical GenAI prototypes and workflow automations
  • ▹Set up custom Gemini or Claude tools for daily operational challenges
  • ▹Develop and present tangible AI demos to Operations, Finance, Marketing and Engineering teams
  • ▹Co-facilitate hands-on workshops and coach peers on prompt engineering, workflow setups and GenAI tooling
  • ▹Test, evaluate and validate emerging GenAI capabilities and platforms and keep the internal technology stack up to date
  • ▹Maintain the central AI Experiment Registry, track active projects, measure performance and standardize successful workflows company-wide

Requirements

  • ▹BSc or MSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science or a related technical field
  • ▹2–4 years of hands-on experience in technical business analysis, systems integration or solutions engineering
  • ▹Clear and patient communicator able to coach non-technical colleagues without overly technical jargon
  • ▹Proactive and curious investigator comfortable building relationships across departments to identify needs
  • ▹Solid experience creating GenAI solutions with enterprise GenAI environments such as OpenAI, Google Gemini or Anthropic Claude
  • ▹Strong proficiency with API integrations, scripting in Python and automation platforms such as Workato or n8n
  • ▹Pragmatic, hands-on builder focused on delivering fast, working prototypes
  • ▹Comfortable with hybrid working at the office, with occasional travel
