Test Bench Software Specialist Engineer

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop new test scripts that integrate with existing software components
• ▹Design the technical architecture of test benches and coordinate their manufacturing and installation
• ▹Train test bench users
• ▹Take part in production testing: analyse results and pass reports to the design teams
• ▹Act as the interface between the hardware team and the software group
• ▹Write precise reports and contribute to the continuous improvement of the test tooling

Requirements

• ▹Engineering school degree (BAC+5)
• ▹Solid experience in testing and developing embedded systems, ideally in a regulated environment
• ▹Command of C / C++ or Python
• ▹Knowledge of test benches and IVVQ (integration, verification, validation, qualification)
• ▹Expertise in embedded electronics
• ▹Good understanding of the V-model
• ▹Excellent writing skills

Nice to have

• ▹LabVIEW and TestStand
• ▹Scripting languages (Python, Ruby, Bash)
• ▹Project management tools (Git, SVN)
