QA Engineer (IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate Team)

Responsibilities

• ▹Perform exploratory testing of new and existing features to uncover edge cases
• ▹Run regression tests to ensure platform stability before releases
• ▹Maintain, write and scale the automated test suites
• ▹Reproduce user-reported issues and provide technical support to resolve them
• ▹Collaborate with developers to share product knowledge and diagnose system bugs
• ▹Work with product managers to estimate the priority and business impact of issues

Requirements

• ▹Proven experience testing commercial software applications
• ▹Proficiency in Java or Kotlin sufficient to write test applications and read source code
• ▹Fluency in spoken and written English
• ▹Practical familiarity with build tools (like Maven, Gradle or Bazel), databases and Docker containers
• ▹Experience testing software across different operating systems, with basic system administration skills
