Responsibilities

• ▹Own and build the core product driving real-time optimization and forecasting for industrial energy assets
• ▹Develop backend services and mixed-integer optimization algorithms to process data in real time
• ▹Create frontend dashboards that allow battery operators to monitor and control their assets
• ▹Design and scale cloud infrastructure to support thousands of battery systems
• ▹Collaborate across functions to define product features and translate deployment feedback into improvements

Requirements

• ▹Up to five years of full-stack engineering experience, including production applications
• ▹Strong frontend skills with JavaScript/TypeScript, React (Next.js preferred) and Tailwind CSS
• ▹Solid backend experience with Python, including optimization or forecasting systems
• ▹Experience with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, GCP or Azure
• ▹Background in a fast-paced startup environment (small team, early stage)
• ▹Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or Electrical Engineering with strong academic results
• ▹Fluency or near-fluency in German, as the primary customer base is German-speaking

Nice to have

• ▹Experience deploying optimizations or real-time data processing systems in production (strong plus)
• ▹Prior exposure to the energy industry
