AI Quality Evaluator - German (12-month contract)

Responsibilities

• ▹Label, annotate and evaluate photos, graphics, videos, stickers and designs in German, assessing linguistic quality, accuracy and cultural appropriateness
• ▹Evaluate AI-generated content against Canva's quality bar for German users
• ▹Build and contribute to German-specific datasets to support the internationalisation of Canva AI features
• ▹Deliver labelled assets on time, meeting output targets across a variety of task types and labelling guidelines
• ▹Review and refine your own labels based on feedback to maintain accuracy and consistency
• ▹Collaborate with in-house Data Labelling teams across the Philippines and EU for ongoing quality alignment

Requirements

• ▹Native German speaker with strong written and spoken English
• ▹Based in Germany
• ▹Attention to detail and a high quality bar even on repetitive tasks
• ▹Self-directed time management across multiple concurrent projects
• ▹Quick adaptation to new guidelines and consistent application across task types
• ▹Genuine curiosity about AI
