Banking IT Systems Business Analyst - Payments

Responsibilities

• ▹Prepare business and system specifications
• ▹Support the integration of banking systems
• ▹Participate in business and system testing activities
• ▹Cooperate closely with business stakeholders and IT teams throughout the project lifecycle
• ▹Conduct analyses and support testing (SIT/UAT)
• ▹Act as a subject matter expert in the area of payments

Requirements

• ▹Minimum bachelor's degree
• ▹Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst or Business-Systems Analyst in projects delivered for financial institutions
• ▹Experience working with transaction systems or core banking systems
• ▹Domain knowledge of business areas in financial services (payments)
• ▹Knowledge of at least one payment system and payment types: Elixir, Express Elixir, BLIK, SORBNET, SEPA or SEPA Instant and the messages used within these systems
• ▹Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process
• ▹Ability to gather and organize business and technical requirements
• ▹Knowledge of banking standards and regulations
• ▹Knowledge of the ISO 20022 standard
• ▹Strong analytical skills
• ▹Excellent English and Polish communication skills (written and spoken)
