Responsibilities

• ▹Support, run and further develop Microsoft 365 solutions, with a focus on security and networking
• ▹Develop security-related processes and turn business needs into technical solutions
• ▹Work operationally with Microsoft Defender and other security solutions
• ▹Administer and develop solutions in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• ▹Handle incidents related to operations, backup and IT security
• ▹Prioritise and manage tickets in cooperation with external suppliers
• ▹Contribute to IT infrastructure work at STF's facilities

Requirements

• ▹Senior, operational experience with Microsoft Defender and with IT security and incident handling
• ▹Deep knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform, including Intune, Teams, SharePoint and Exchange Online
• ▹Advanced knowledge of identity and access management in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID, including Microsoft Entra Connect, MFA and Conditional Access, and PowerShell experience
• ▹Operational experience with administration, troubleshooting and incident handling in Microsoft environments
• ▹Experience as a buyer and requirements-setter towards external IT suppliers
• ▹Good understanding of IT infrastructure, networking and Windows Server
• ▹Good command of Swedish and English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with MDM solutions other than Intune
• ▹Relevant Microsoft certifications
• ▹University education in IT, information systems or equivalent
