Senior Full-Stack Developer

Responsibilities

• ▹Develop, test and deploy features end to end, from the frontend to the infrastructure
• ▹Ensure code quality through reviews, testing and sustainable architecture patterns
• ▹Use AI agentic coding (not vibe coding) where it makes sense
• ▹Be involved in projects from the start; your engineering perspective is valued in product roadmaps and prioritization
• ▹Apply AI where it adds real value, in the product itself and in your workflows
• ▹Work directly with customers, from mid-sized hidden champions to PE firms

Requirements

• ▹At least 5 years of professional experience in full-stack development, ideally at an agency or as a freelancer
• ▹Ability to justify why you choose a particular stack, which matters more than the programming language itself
• ▹Experience with modern web frameworks and cloud infrastructure
• ▹AI coding tools and pipelines are part of your toolbox
• ▹Ability to explain technical concepts so that non-technical people understand them
• ▹German (C2) and English (C1) language skills
• ▹Teamwork: although you are a coder, you work a lot with people
