  • Creates, tracks and regularly updated test timeplan base on the RPL releases, estimated testing durations and resource availability
  • Requests the resources and schedule external tests like environmental, mechechanical, EMC etc.
  • Requests, creates and tracks the environmental, electrical and EMC test plans
  • Requests impact analysis, change logs to be able to define delta testing
  • Requests ECUs, motors and gear/column for the test activities
  • Organizes assambly and calibration
  • Requests SW for test and organizes flashing of the tested DUTs
  • Provides test plan, impact analysis, DUT and SW to the test performers
  • Requests and tracks the environmental tests, the electrical tests and the EMC tests
  • Tracks and manages all test related work products
  • Requests resources for test related change issue analysis and tracks change issues


  • 3-5 years of development experience in the field of Validation or Verification
  • The trial-level English language skills
  • Good ability to contact team members of different personalities
  • Conflict management skills
  • Time and resource planning skills
  • Technical overview about the product developement and the product
