Responsibilities

▹Enable DevOps/DevSecOps transformation for customers; define short, medium and long-term adoption goals with client executives and develop the business case for change
▹Design DevOps/DevSecOps reference architectures and blueprints to implement continuous exploration, integration, deployment, testing, monitoring and release automation across products, applications and technologies
▹Define the target operating model for enterprise DevOps/DevSecOps adoption
▹Understand the teams' DevOps/DevSecOps needs and identify the relevant best practices and tools
▹Provide technical leadership and guidance on adoption; advise product leadership and teams on turning engineering, infrastructure and automation requirements into executable DevOps/DevSecOps solutions
▹Conduct maturity assessments to improve engineering excellence
▹Implement and maintain DevOps/DevSecOps toolchains for both centralised and federated DevOps
▹Coach teams to ensure adoption and on new ways of working to improve the route to live; run CI/CD and DevOps training workshops for clients, internal teams and other stakeholders
▹Anchor the DevOps/DevSecOps solution in large RFPs and take part in practice sales initiatives for opportunity shaping and closure

Requirements

▹More than 10 years of experience
▹Expertise in cloud infrastructure architecture
