Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Design smooth, intuitive user journeys
• ▹Run user research, interviews, co-design workshops and usability tests
• ▹Build and lead Design Thinking workshops
• ▹Create personas, customer journeys and user stories
• ▹Produce wireframes, mockups and interactive prototypes
• ▹Define and maintain design systems
• ▹Collaborate closely with product owners, business analysts, developers and business teams

Requirements

• ▹At least 3 years of experience in UX design, UI design or product design
• ▹Command of design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch or Axure
• ▹Good knowledge of user research methods and Design Thinking approaches
• ▹Awareness of digital accessibility issues (RGAA/WCAG)
• ▹Product mindset and the ability to work in Agile environments
