Responsibilities

• ▹Design, build and deploy scalable GenAI solutions and agentic AI systems
• ▹Work end to end, from data ingestion and development to deployment, monitoring and continuous improvement
• ▹Develop microservices, automation and reusable building blocks for complex AI workflows using Python, cloud and DevOps practices
• ▹Collaborate with Data Science, Product and Business teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• ▹Take security, data safety, data protection, compliance, performance and cost into account
• ▹Share your expertise and coach junior engineers

Requirements

• ▹At least eight years of strong hands-on software development experience and proficiency in Python
• ▹Have brought at least one AI product to production used by real users, preferably an agentic or multi-step AI system
• ▹Experience with full-stack platform development and turning proofs of concept into production-ready solutions
• ▹Practical experience with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen or a comparable framework
• ▹Experience with Azure services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure Machine Learning, AKS, Azure Functions and API Gateway
• ▹Experience with cloud and DevOps practices and with CI/CD, GitHub, Azure DevOps, Terraform, Bicep or Kong
• ▹Clear communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and experience coaching junior engineers or leading technical teams
• ▹Fluent Dutch (C1)
