Responsibilities

• ▹Design and develop AI and ML components
• ▹Build end-to-end solutions from proof of concept to production
• ▹Integrate models into applications and processes
• ▹Improve the explainability and manageability of AI solutions
• ▹Work with data scientists, data engineers, machine learning engineers and stakeholders
• ▹Work on secondment at large Dutch client organisations, alongside training, courses and coaching

Requirements

• ▹At the start of your career, with a drive to learn, build and make an impact with AI
• ▹A completed higher professional or university degree in AI, Data Science, Computer Science or a similar field
• ▹Basic knowledge of Python and affinity with AI or ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow or scikit-learn
• ▹Interest in building AI solutions from exploration to implementation, and curiosity about how models deliver value in production
• ▹Affinity with topics such as Generative AI, Agentic AI, explainability, reliability and scalability
• ▹Excellent command of Dutch (at least C1)

Nice to have

• ▹Knowledge of software engineering, data or cloud
• ▹Interest in deployment and MLOps
• ▹Relevant internship or work experience
