Customer Technical Project Manager (CTPM)

Responsibilities

• ▹Own and manage the technical planning and execution of customer projects: greenfield, swap, migration, SW upgrade, etc.
• ▹Prepare the end-to-end high-level technical delivery plan for the given solutions, identifying products and apps and local third-party HW/SW requirements
• ▹Ensure adherence to the Scope of Work across technical domains
• ▹Help ensure that feature specifications are in line with the defined reference architecture
• ▹Manage Domain Technical Managers and Architects
• ▹Own technical issues: resolution, reporting and escalations
• ▹Act as the main customer technical interface
• ▹Provide technical support to the Project Manager
• ▹Interface with R&D

Requirements

• ▹Fluent written and spoken English
• ▹People management, time management (yours and your team's)
• ▹Written and verbal communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, negotiation, report writing
• ▹General end-to-end knowledge of 3GPP, 5G networks, call flows and interfaces within a telecoms network
• ▹Specific knowledge of and/or experience in several of the following areas in Nokia or other operator equivalent solutions: CMG (GGSN, PGW/SGW, SMF/UPF, ePDG/N3IWF, DPI, LI, TCP-O), CMM (SGSN, MME, AMF, LINRD NRF), NRD (NSSF), CFX (and CFX LI), NTAS (MCAS, BCS), A-SBC and/or I-SBC (and LI), MRF, MGW, bMSS and/or vMSS (and LI)
• ▹Higher education (BA, BSc, BEng, MA, MSc, MEng, PhD or equivalent)

Nice to have

• ▹10+ years of experience in telecommunications, either with an operator or a provider
• ▹5+ years of experience with Nokia products and solutions
• ▹5+ years in a technical management position (focus on Packet Core, IMS or SDM)
• ▹Project management qualification
