AWS Cloud Architect (Defense)

Responsibilities

• ▹Design and implement secure, robust and scalable AWS solutions
• ▹Lead technical deliveries and contribute expertise in solution architecture and container technology
• ▹Drive development according to DevSecOps principles with a focus on CI/CD and automated infrastructure
• ▹Ensure high quality and regulatory compliance and contribute to innovative AI and data platform solutions
• ▹Own architecture and technical guidelines across the whole delivery chain, working closely with customers, development teams and security experts

Requirements

• ▹At least 6 years of experience with AWS and cloud-based solutions
• ▹Knowledge of one or more programming languages, for example Python, Java, Kotlin, Go or Node.js
• ▹Experience as a cloud architect or leading cloud transformations
• ▹Experience of or interest in generative AI, AI agents and modern cloud-native architectures
• ▹Very good knowledge of AWS services, for example AWS Lambda, ECS, API Gateway, Control Tower and Bedrock Agents
• ▹Experience in solution architecture, system design or technical leadership
• ▹Good understanding of security architecture, identity and access management and DevSecOps principles
• ▹Experience with Infrastructure as Code, for example Terraform or CloudFormation
• ▹Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written
• ▹Swedish citizenship (required, as the customer assignments may require approved security clearance with register checks)

Nice to have

• ▹A background from the Swedish Armed Forces, FMV, the defence industry or NATO
