IT Technician, Telephony Services (Fujitsu)

Responsibilities

• ▹Manage requests and changes related to fixed-line telephony and VoIP services
• ▹Coordinate service requests and change activities
• ▹Track, document and follow up on activities in accordance with established processes
• ▹Collaborate with internal teams and external telecommunications providers
• ▹Ensure requests are handled and delivered according to agreed procedures
• ▹Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency

Requirements

• ▹Experience with IP telephony, VoIP or other telephony solutions
• ▹Understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) and change management processes
• ▹Strong administrative and coordination skills
• ▹Excellent written and spoken English
• ▹Successful completion of a security screening

Nice to have

• ▹Experience working in an international IT environment
