Senior Developer with an AI Focus

Responsibilities

• ▹Systems development across the whole delivery: from understanding needs and formulating technical solutions to implementation, testing, deployment and follow-up in production
• ▹Treat quality as part of development from the start: tests, observability, performance, security and safe migrations, and when needed databases, cloud platform and CI/CD
• ▹Delegate larger, coherent tasks such as multi-file functionality, refactoring, test coverage and technical migrations to coding agents, describing purpose, constraints and acceptance criteria beforehand
• ▹Contribute the context agents need to work consistently with a codebase, such as AGENTS.md, architecture notes, code conventions and clear local checks
• ▹Carefully review all AI-generated code: you never deliver anything you cannot explain, defend and debug yourself
• ▹Use coding agents to understand unfamiliar code, debug, create tests, make mechanical changes, review and document
• ▹Choose tools and models based on task complexity, cost, response time and risk, not on a particular vendor
• ▹Share experience through code review, pair and mob programming and concrete conversations about real development tasks

Requirements

• ▹Around eight years of professional experience in systems development, of which several years in long-term product development
• ▹Good production experience with one or more relevant programming languages and technology areas, for example C#, .NET, C++ or Java
• ▹Ability to take technical responsibility from needs and solution design to implementation, testing and follow-up in production
• ▹Experience in related areas such as databases, cloud platforms and CI/CD, for example Azure, GitHub Actions or Azure Pipelines
• ▹Practical experience delegating larger, clearly delimited tasks to coding agents and verifying the result with tests and other reliable checks
• ▹Swedish, spoken and written, and professional English
