Responsibilities

• ▹Design AI-native architectures and intelligent systems
• ▹Build and deploy LLM-based applications and RAG solutions in production
• ▹Create agent-based workflows and autonomous system behaviors
• ▹Define governance, observability, monitoring and evaluation strategies
• ▹Integrate AI into existing products, platforms and business processes
• ▹Guide clients through technical and organizational decisions involving performance, reliability, cost and control
• ▹Shape AI strategy, develop internal capabilities, evaluate emerging technologies and establish practical ways of working with AI across the organization

Requirements

• ▹Senior-level, hands-on experience in applied AI, and the ability to move comfortably between strategic discussions, architecture decisions and implementation
• ▹Understanding of the demands of consulting and the ability to help clients navigate technical and organizational challenges
• ▹A background that includes several of the following: building production applications with large language models, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, vector databases and complex information sources, agent frameworks and orchestration platforms, system architecture, distributed systems and large-scale software development, Python or a comparable programming language, Azure, AWS or GCP including evaluation, monitoring and optimization of AI systems

Nice to have

• ▹Experience in enterprise architecture, platform engineering or data engineering
