Master Data Coordinator (2 Positions)

Responsibilities

• ▹Manage, quality-assure and develop master data throughout its lifecycle, from creation to retirement
• ▹Ensure master data is correct, complete and available, and that established processes and rules are followed
• ▹Act as key user and specialist for master data in Inriver PIM and M3 Cloud
• ▹Ensure product information meets requirements from customers, the market and legislation
• ▹Be a specialist in GS1 article standards and support the business on related matters
• ▹Own several master data areas: article, customer, supplier and other business-critical data
• ▹Provide qualified support to internal and external stakeholders on master data
• ▹Collaborate closely with marketing, sales, production, supply chain, product development, finance and IT
• ▹Drive and take part in initiatives that strengthen data quality and make processes more efficient

Requirements

• ▹A few years of work experience, having previously worked with master data, product information or similar
• ▹Experience with master data, data quality and information management
• ▹Good understanding of how data, processes and systems work together to create business value
• ▹Works in a structured way with several parallel tasks
• ▹Analytical, solution-oriented with good prioritisation skills

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Inriver PIM and/or M3 Cloud
• ▹Knowledge of GS1 article information standards and work with Nordic data pools
• ▹Experience in FMCG, food or manufacturing
