Product Engineer at Gazella

Stack

Responsibilities

• ▹Own product initiatives from idea and concept to launched solution
• ▹Design and build AI-driven features and workflows using RAG, agents and automation, among other things
• ▹Work closely with users and stakeholders to understand needs and turn insights into product development
• ▹Develop new features across the whole stack, from backend to user interface
• ▹Further develop systems for matching, information retrieval and decision support
• ▹Test new solutions, analyse the impact and iterate based on data and user feedback
• ▹Stay in regular dialogue with recruiters and customers and work closely with the CTO

Requirements

• ▹Experience of full-stack development
• ▹Experience using AI tools in development work to streamline workflows, problem solving and delivery
• ▹Ability to work at the intersection of product development, design and technology
• ▹Used to independently driving work from idea to finished solution
• ▹Experience of TypeScript, JavaScript or a similar modern programming language
• ▹Good knowledge of Swedish and English, spoken and written

Nice to have

• ▹Experience of React (Next.js), Node.js, tRPC, Kysely or PostgreSQL
• ▹Experience from startup, scaleup or other fast-growing environments
