Engineering Manager – Radar Algorithm & FW

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead a group of about 15 people and drive development forward for the team and the product area
• ▹Support technology development and be active in Axis software development
• ▹Support and develop team members
• ▹Collaborate with engineers, project managers, other teams and stakeholders
• ▹Line manager duties: salary setting, recruitment, budgeting, competence development, performance reviews
• ▹Support project managers and projects as a manager
• ▹Be part of the product area's leadership team, reporting to the Director for Fixed Cameras & Radar

Nice to have

• ▹Relevant experience leading and developing teams, preferably as line manager or project manager
• ▹Experience in software development, both as developer and as leader
• ▹Experience developing technology products
• ▹Engineering degree
