Requirements Engineer – Aerospace

Experienced requirements engineer in Jönköping supporting technically demanding customer projects. You work with requirements throughout the development lifecycle, from understanding customer and system needs to supporting implementation, verification and validation.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Gather, analyze and document system and software requirements
  • ▹Refine high-level needs into clear, consistent and verifiable requirements
  • ▹Maintain traceability between requirements, design, implementation and testing
  • ▹Review requirements for completeness, feasibility and compliance
  • ▹Manage changes and identify dependencies or conflicts
  • ▹Collaborate with customers, systems engineers, developers, testers and other technical specialists
  • ▹Contribute to the structure and quality of the requirements process

Requirements

  • ▹Professional experience in requirements engineering or systems engineering
  • ▹Experience working with requirements in the aerospace industry
  • ▹Ability to formulate precise, testable and traceable requirements
  • ▹Understanding of verification, validation and structured development processes
  • ▹Strong communication skills in English
  • ▹Citizenship in a NATO member country

Nice to have

  • ▹Knowledge of DO-178
  • ▹Swedish language skills
