Team Lead for Future Customs Processing

Responsibilities

• ▹Lead agile teams as their servant leader, in a role similar to a scrum master
• ▹Act as the link to other teams and stakeholders
• ▹Lead the team's continuous improvement work
• ▹Work closely with the delivery area so that the team and the delivery area achieve the right business effects
• ▹Take part in a network that develops the teams and their ways of working
• ▹Collaborate with other teams, delivery areas and agile coaches

Requirements

• ▹University education in IT or experience judged equivalent
• ▹Current professional experience in IT in roles such as systems developer, requirements analyst or solution architect
• ▹Experience working in an agile way
• ▹Good spoken and written Swedish and English

Nice to have

• ▹Experience with Atlassian products
• ▹Experience of Tullverket's IT operations
• ▹Experience of leading roles in IT in the public sector
• ▹Experience of requirements analysis in the public sector
