Responsibilities

• ▹Establish and maintain the calendar of agile ceremonies
• ▹Write guides and templates for the team's ceremonies
• ▹Develop the shared guide of agile best practices
• ▹Provide a daily progress report on sprints for each squad
• ▹Set up and track team and individual KPIs
• ▹Design and run agile dashboards (velocity, lead time, defect rate, team satisfaction)

Requirements

• ▹3+ years of experience in a similar role in an agile environment
• ▹Advanced mastery of agile frameworks and SAFe
• ▹Mastery of the JIRA tool
• ▹Proven ability to define and steer performance indicators (KPIs, velocity, lead time)
