Responsibilities

• ▹Speed up and improve repetitive processes (for example a DWH data connection, connecting Slack with an API, reorganizing a project list in Google Sheets)
• ▹Organize, clean and analyse data
• ▹Automate processes, make everyday tools work better together and reduce manual work
• ▹Experiment with AI tools, chatbots and workflows in real business situations
• ▹Handle smaller operational tasks, troubleshoot issues and find small improvements
• ▹Check and clean data, follow up on missing or incorrect data and make sure agreed rules are followed

Requirements

• ▹Available at least 25 hours per week
• ▹Interest in AI, data and technology
• ▹Analytical mindset
• ▹Comfortable with Google Sheets or Excel and some experience with data
• ▹Willing to use AI tools such as Gemini or Claude
• ▹Organized, reliable and attentive to detail
• ▹Comfortable communicating in English, written and spoken
• ▹Proactive

Nice to have

• ▹Previous work, internship or student organization experience
• ▹University project work and some idea of how a project is planned and carried out
