Responsibilities

• ▹Implement software components according to the design specifications
• ▹Perform system integration and testing, troubleshooting and problem resolution
• ▹Unit test software components
• ▹Take part in estimating project efforts and delivery timelines
• ▹Collaborate with teammates and project stakeholders so the work proceeds efficiently and predictably
• ▹Provide technical input into product roadmaps
• ▹Participate in incident analysis and prioritization
• ▹Support and optimize CI/CD processes

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of Java development experience
• ▹Strong experience with Spring Framework and Quarkus
• ▹Understanding of microservices architecture and containers (Docker/Kubernetes)
• ▹Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL or other RDBMS)
• ▹Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and messaging (Kafka, ActiveMQ)
• ▹Good understanding of testing principles
• ▹Ability to communicate confidently in English
• ▹Strong communication and collaboration skills with stakeholders and distributed teams

Nice to have

• ▹Angular front-end development experience
• ▹German or Swiss German language skills
