Responsibilities

• ▹Identify and analyse technical and organisational vulnerabilities, derive prioritised measures and monitor their implementation
• ▹Assess new projects, software, SaaS and AI solutions from a security perspective
• ▹Plan and manage security audits and penetration tests
• ▹Handle security incidents and take an active part in emergency and crisis-team exercises
• ▹Work closely with IT and development teams and support the secure design of systems, networks and cloud environments
• ▹Give recommendations across the organisation and act as the contact for information security questions
• ▹Translate security requirements into practical policies and concepts
• ▹Help develop awareness measures to strengthen security awareness

Requirements

• ▹Completed degree in (business) informatics or IT security, a comparable qualification, or a technical career path with proven IT security experience
• ▹Sound technical understanding of IT security, cloud, network and modern IT infrastructures (e.g. AWS, Microsoft 365, EDR, Zero Trust)
• ▹Ability to assess findings technically and translate them into pragmatic measures
• ▹Experience in security assessments, vulnerability management and audit preparation
• ▹Proactive, independent working style: recognising risks, vulnerabilities and improvement potential on your own and ensuring suitable measures are implemented
• ▹Communicating with IT teams at a technical level and explaining complex matters clearly up to management level

Nice to have

• ▹ISMS knowledge (e.g. ISO 27001, BSI-Grundschutz, NIS2), from building one or from accompanying audits in practice
• ▹AI security experience
