Principal Product Manager, AI Platform

Responsibilities

• ▹Identify operational problems, design solutions and prototype them with AI tools against real-world data
• ▹Work with engineers to productionize prototypes into reliable, scalable systems
• ▹Define measurable metrics for complex operational issues and develop AI-driven solutions
• ▹Own development of a decision engine replacing vendor reporting
• ▹Drive product judgment for closed-loop attribution systems connecting client actions to revenue
• ▹Build a single platform serving multiple business units and industries
• ▹Report directly to senior product and technology leadership

Requirements

• ▹Proven track record of identifying complex operational problems and designing AI-driven solutions
• ▹Hands-on experience building and shipping working prototypes using AI coding tools
• ▹Deep understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, including real-world failure modes
• ▹Strong systems thinking, including second-order effects, blast radius and architectural implications
• ▹Experience designing platform solutions for diverse users across industries or client types
• ▹Ability to define operational problems in measurable terms and validate solutions with data
• ▹Excellent written communication in short-form documents
• ▹Comfort operating autonomously in ambiguous problem spaces in a small team

Nice to have

• ▹Experience designing decision engines, reporting tools or closed-loop attribution systems
• ▹Background in marketing services or multi-industry platform products
