Responsibilities

• ▹Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• ▹Deliver projects on time, within scope and within budget
• ▹Report and escalate to management as needed
• ▹Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• ▹Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
• ▹Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for flawless project execution
• ▹Maintain visibility of requirements, scope, objectives, deliverables, financial impact and resourcing
• ▹Identify, manage and mitigate project risks
• ▹Monitor and report project progress
• ▹Facilitate team meetings: kick-offs, regular status updates, weekly catch-ups
• ▹Uncover and remove roadblocks that keep teams from reaching shared project goals

Requirements

• ▹Ability to drive through ambiguous and complex situations
• ▹Knowledge of project management tools such as Microsoft Project and JIRA
• ▹Solid IT technical background
• ▹Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
• ▹Strong people management skills
• ▹Thorough understanding of project management fundamentals

Nice to have

• ▹A recognized project management certification such as Prince or Sigma
