Senior Consultant – Agentic AI

Responsibilities

• ▹Understand customers' current processes and where Copilot and AI agents can make a difference
• ▹Design and implement solutions based on Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Azure AI Foundry in cross-functional teams
• ▹Contribute to architecture choices, development and implementation of agentic solutions, including integrations and automated workflows
• ▹Advise customers on technology choices, with focus on security, responsible use and long-term value

Requirements

• ▹Higher education, preferably in computer science, economics or engineering
• ▹Minimum 3-5 years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform and/or Azure AI services
• ▹Solid experience with one or more of: Copilot Studio and Microsoft 365 Copilot; Azure AI Foundry / Semantic Kernel / Prompt Flow; Power Automate and integration architecture (REST/API, Service Bus)
• ▹Hands-on experience with large language models such as Azure OpenAI / ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini
• ▹Good understanding of business processes and ability to translate them into agent flows
• ▹Good understanding of architecture principles for agentic systems
• ▹Good understanding of low-code solutions such as Microsoft Power Platform
• ▹Experience designing solutions that combine AI, people and systems in operational flows
• ▹Good Norwegian and English skills, written and spoken
