Apprenticeship: IT Specialist for System Integration

A dual apprenticeship in H&M Group's IT, starting on 1 August 2027. You learn how modern technology supports day-to-day work in stores, offices and logistics sites.

Responsibilities

  • ▹Support colleagues in stores, offices and logistics sites with IT-related requests and solve technical challenges together with the team
  • ▹Install, configure and maintain hardware and software and keep technical systems running reliably
  • ▹Gain insight into modern IT solutions, digital applications and cloud-based systems
  • ▹Take part in IT projects and support the introduction of new technologies and technical solutions
  • ▹Work closely with colleagues from stores, offices and logistics sites, the global IT organisation and external partners

Requirements

  • ▹A passion for IT, digital technologies and technical contexts
  • ▹At least a good Realschule leaving certificate (Realschulabschluss)
  • ▹Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams
  • ▹Very good German and good English
