Product Manager

Responsibilities

• ▹Structure and evolve the product roadmap, turning strategy and real-world constraints into clear execution plans
• ▹Break down complex problems into well-scoped initiatives and features
• ▹Define product goals, success metrics and trade-offs with engineering, design and commercial stakeholders
• ▹Balance short-term delivery with long-term product architecture
• ▹Craft clear narratives around features: why they exist, how they fit together and what customer problem they solve

Requirements

• ▹6+ years of experience in product management or leadership with a solid track record
• ▹Experience building or managing complex B2B or platform products
• ▹Systems thinker who understands how features interact and can reason about second-order effects
• ▹Comfortable working closely with engineering on technical trade-offs, architecture and scalability
• ▹Experience defining goals and success metrics and managing trade-offs across stakeholder groups
• ▹Based within EU timezones (no visa sponsorship)

Nice to have

• ▹Background in identity, payments or fintech
• ▹Experience in remote-first or distributed teams
